Returns

Policy

 

Please read the full returns policy before purchasing an item. If you have any questions regarding the returns policy, please feel free to contact me and I will answer as soon as possible.

Returns Period

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

A return will not be accepted past this time frame.

 

Returning An Item


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.

All contents must be returned (i.e dustbag, tissue paper, box, etc)
The item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.

Postage information for United Kingdom Customers

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Postage must be Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm.

International Customers

Unfortunately there are no returns for international buyers outside of the United Kingdom.

 

Once The Item Has Been Received


The item will be fully inspected and a notification will be sent to your provided email address.

 

Successful Returns


If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus the original postage value.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer's policies.

 

Unsuccessful Returns

Reasons for unsuccessful returns :

> Contents missing

> Modifications

> Item or contents damaged

> Item received not in the original condition as shown in the listing

> Visible signs of wear to soles which are not as seen in the listing's photos

If your return is unsuccessful, a refund will not be granted. If you would like the item sent back to you, you will be responsible and required to pay for the postage costs. The item will not be sent until payment has been received for these costs. I will not be responsible for any customs charges incurred, this must be paid by the buyer.

Shoes

Unsuccessful Returns For Painted Soled Shoes

(i.e Christian Louboutin, Saint Laurent, Christian Dior)

> Any removal of the paint by the buyer

> Any attempt to restore removed paint by the buyer is classed as a modification

> Adding waterproofing spray or polish to the upper material or the sole is classed as a modification

> Any marks or damages to the upper material

> Any wear or damages to the heel tips

> Any wear or damages to the insole

> Adding heel pads, insole pads, or stretching the shoes is classed as a modification

Unsuccessful Returns For Leather Soled Shoes

(i.e Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, Sophia Webster)

> Any marks to the soles by the buyer (i.e water marks, carpet rubbing marks, damages/abrasions)

> Any attempt to restore the leather by the buyer is classed as a modification

> Adding waterproofing spray or polish to the upper material or the sole is classed as a modification

> Any marks or damages to the upper material

> Any wear or damages to the heel tips

> Any wear or damages to the insole

> Adding heel pads, insole pads, or stretching the shoes is classed as a modification

Bags

Unsuccessful Returns For All Sized Bags

> Removal of any links to the shoulder chain

> Any attempt to restore the outer or inner material by the buyer is classed as a modification

> Adding waterproofing spray or polish to the outer or inner material is classed as a modification

> Any marks or damages to the outer material

> Any marks or damages to the inner material
